Which areas do you cover?
Patna and the surrounding districts as standard. We take work across Bihar, and travel costs are quoted separately for sites outside the city.
Do you supply materials, or do we?
Either. Most clients ask us to supply, in which case the quote itemises the cable, hardware and accessories. If you have a preferred vendor we will install what you procure.
How quickly can you start?
A site visit within two to three working days of your enquiry. Start dates depend on scope, and we will give you a firm date with the quote rather than after you accept it.
Do you provide maintenance after installation?
Yes. Our work carries a warranty, and annual maintenance contracts are available with an agreed response time for faults.
Can you provide staff to work at our site?
Yes. We place engineers and technicians on client sites for the length of a project or on an ongoing basis.
What do we get at handover?
Port maps, test results, configuration details and credentials. The documentation is yours, so another contractor can pick up the work if you ever change supplier.
